I found Michelle to be kind, warm and very empathetic throughout the entire process. There were a lot of tears shed at my end as the reading brought up some very sensitive issues around my sister’s recent passing and the subsequent depression I’ve been experiencing, but it was such a safe space for me to release those emotions.
