N-acetyl L-cysteine is also known as NAC comes from the amino acid L-cysteine. Amino acids are building blocks of proteins in the body. N-acetyl cysteine is an antioxidant and precursor to the master antioxidant, glutathione. This product is unflavoured with nothing added.
