About Michelle

Michelle is a wellness coach, spiritual teacher, and natural health practitioner with over 20 years of experience helping clients heal through a unique combination of herbalism, spiritual philosophy and intuitive insight.

Her journey began with a life-threatening illness that led her to explore natural medicine, herbal remedies, and spiritual healing. She developed a deep love for natural approaches to health—particularly Chinese medicine, Western herbalism, detoxification protocols, and naturopathic principles. Her studies through private colleges and practitioner-led courses have focused on practical, embodied healing and maintaining a strong connection to nature.

In her early twenties, Michelle spent a decade living and working in a Tibetan Buddhist Centre, serving as personal assistant to a respected Lama. There she studied breathwork, meditation, and spiritual discipline—foundations that still shape her work today.

Michelle has maintained a strong connection with her physical body. She trained in karate for five years, has hiked Hadrian’s Wall across England, climbed Bhutan’s sacred Tiger’s Nest, and completed Tasmania’s Three Capes Track, twice. She now teaches yoga and meditation, integrating mindful movement with deep spiritual awareness.

For many years, Michelle has supported clients navigating trauma-related illness, recovery from abuse, and emotional burnout. Her clients describe her as deeply supportive, clear, and intuitively insightful.

Today, she offers wellness programs, detox plans, and spiritual coaching designed to reconnect you with your body, reset your nervous system, reduce inflammation and support lasting healing.
