Bifidobacterium longum BB536 500 million CFU
Bifidobacterium breve M-16V 500 million CFU

Directions for useShake well before use.
Infant dose: Use syringe provided to measure either 1.5mL once daily or .75 mL twice daily. Can be dispensed directly into mouth or alternatively added to formula or breast milk or with a sterile spoon.
