Directions for Use
Adults from 18 years: 20 drops (1ml). Take 3 times a day before or with meals. May be taken in some liquid (eg. warm water). Shake well before use.

This product contains alcohol. Alcohol is a necessary ingredient in some liquid herbal medicines, including Iberogast® IBS + Digestive Relief, because it helps extract and dissolve the herbal components. The alcohol in Iberogast® IBS + Digestive Relief also works as a preservative.
