The aged, dried bark of Cascara sagrada, also known as ‘sacred bark’ was traditionally used by Indigenous Americans as a laxative and is now one of the most popular herbal laxatives being used today.

No added gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: Take one or two capsules with plenty of water in the evening, or as professionally prescribed
Cautions:
Not recommend while pregnant or breast feeding.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
