GreenOMEGA 3 is ideal for vegans and vegetarians who want an Omega 3 supplement with all of the benefits of fish oil, but without the fish and the related sustainability issue of using a fish source.
While most people know fish are a rich source of Omega 3 (DHA and EPA), many don’t know that the fish actually get these essential fatty acids from the marine microalgae they eat in their natural environment.
GreenOMEGA 3 from renewable algal source is a vegan alternative to fish oil for essential DHA and EPA. Algal derived oils are 100% clean, free from heavy metals like mercury and arsenic and do not contribute to the destruction of our ravaged oceans.

Life’sOMEGA3™ microalgae oil (Schizochytrium sp.) 96.3%, Sunflower Oil 3.15%, Rosemary Extract 0.3%, Tocopherols 0.2%, Ascorbyl Palmitate 0.05%.
Directions for use
Green Omega 3 Capsules
One serve = 1 capsule ADULTS: 1 serve daily
Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers: use 1-2 serve daily.
Children: DO NOT GIVE CAPSULES to children – use the 50ml Oil product, mix with any food (after cooking) including breakfast cereal, shakes and smoothies or take directly via mouth.
Green Omega 3 Oil
One serve = 1ml ADULTS: 1 serve daily
Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers: use 1-2 serve daily.
Children: use 1/2 to 1 serve daily – can be added to drinks or foods (after cooking) or taken directly via mouth.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Note: Microalgae oil is a natural product and if kept refrigerated for long periods solid or darker coloured matter may appear. This is a natural characteristic of the oil and does NOT adversely affect the product’s quality, safety and efficacy.
