Herbs of Gold Vitamin D3 1000 Liquid provides high-strength vitamin D in a delicious, naturally sweetened pineapple flavoured liquid, ideal for use in both adults and children.
Ingredients
Each 0.5mL dose contains:

Directions of Use
Adults and children over 12 years – Take 0.5mL once daily, with food.
Children 1-12 years –Take 0.25mL once daily, with food.
